One recent development marked an important step in meeting our infrastructure needs for the future. The renovated Crestar Building at 10 West Preston Street, renamed the Liberal Arts and Policy Building is now home to the School of English and Communication Design, the Ampersand Institute for Words & Images and multiple computer and media labs.

The rehabilitation of this 1920s building is an example of the University of Baltimore's commitment to repurposing and reusing existing structures while preserving their design integrity and unique architectural qualities. The new classrooms, offices and advanced technological innovations facilitate teaching, stimulate learning and encourage collaboration.

To become a part of this energetic learning environment, consider honoring a family member, friend or mentor—or begin your own legacy—by considering a naming opportunity.
